Place was nice and clean, easy access and convenient for transportation.
As described, great location and bed was v comfortable. No toilet paper in shared bathroom , i imagine because each room use that bathroom, so bring your own if staying here. Clear instrucrions from Pablo and was able to check in easily
Overall good value
It was a nice and clean room. I had been staying for a month.Everything was ok for a shot stay. The location was also good, easy access to Tesco and Tooting Bec station ( Northern line Zone3). Thank you for the nice room.

Pablo was a great host , was responsive and helpful with info and flexible arrival. The stay was okay for my needs , if you’re happy with just basic place to sleep then is ok. close to public transport and short walking distance to shops, great little cafe, restaurants. Address is located on a quiet back street. I had room 2 on the first floor , it’s very spacious however my visit was in July heatwave and the room is the front upstairs room which gets sun all day, it held the heat all day and night, even with the window open. It was quite hot and uncomfortable. Id suggest spending minimum time in room. sleeping mask also as sunlight is early and as window is left open the blind needs to be up to get any kind of airflow, the room is all white and super bright. Creaky hardfloors not best to sneak to bathroom quietly in night. And door/lock felt a little flimsy but seemed safe enough. Bathroom basic and shared so not squeaky clean but ok. Good shower. I avoided kitchen, just used fridge.
