Clean space in easy walking distance from Paddington Station. Spacious with pretty good light for a basement apartment. Recommended

Very convenient for Paddington Station and the price goes some way to reflect this; still reasonable considering though. I need to know from where that shower was purchased – perfectly powerful! Bathroom very clean. Bed mattress very soft but sofa nice and firm if preferred (did not use full sofa bed) and towels left, which was a nice touch. Lots of cupboard, drawers and wardrobe space in the bedroom and entrance to the flat. Full kitchen facilities if required; modern home from home feel. Small bit of previously made damage, so I just made sure I documented so it was made known it was not us. As it is the basement flat, a little noise encountered but nothing one wouldn’t expect in a flat. We did not use it but would recommend working out the central heating as it was a bit nippy (we only saw there was radiator in the bedroom in the morning; was under the window obscured by the curtains
