Location is excellent, close to underground station (Northern line has restricted service for peak hours only) lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores nearby. Host communication is prompt. Access to unit is easy via keypad for the main door, functional lift and lockboxes for apartment keys. Instructions are detailed and clear. Apartment is clean and functional as per description. However, the rooms’ true size are about two thirds the size as depicted in the pictures. Wifi works but TV wasn’t setup properly. Drawbacks, due to summer season, windows had to be kept open for ventilation as it can get quite hot due to the evening sun. Ask for 2 portable fans for 2 bedrooms. Currently, only 1 fan is provided which is inadequate for 2 bedrooms. There were loud conversational noise from patrons at the neighbourhood pub enjoying drinks outdoors until late in the night.
Easy place for a trip to London
Pablo’s place was a nice place to stay. It is within walking distance to a Tube stop and there are plenty of places to nearby for a meal and a drink (highly recommend Mitsu London!). Check-in/out was smooth and the place was very clean. The beds were comfortable, too. Would recommend if you’re looking for a simple, easy stay in London.
The location of this place is perfection. It is so close to the old street station. It has great restaurants and bars around the area. Close enough to the nightlife but far enough for quiet at night. A very spacious apartment was a great natural lighting. I truly enjoyed staying here.
Just as the picture showed. Conveniently located easy to access.

Easy to find location, clean, massive windows helped keep living area cool. Ask ahead for a fan for each bedroom. By the time we got there they only had one. So one of us had to go without each night and it was warm in the summer heat. Lots of walkable restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
